Check AWD module power

Measure voltage between AWD Module C2371B Pin 1 and AWD Module C2371A Pin 9. You are looking for voltage greater than 10V, and it needs to stay constant while you wiggle test the harness. If it passes, move on to the ground check. If it does not pass, verify BCMC fuse 13 (30A) and fuse 52 (10A) are okay. If the fuses are okay, repair the open circuit or short to power. Check AWD module ground

Now check the RELD+, TCSCC+, TCMC+, and TCMC- circuits for a short to voltage. With the ignition off, disconnect Rear ELD C4359 and Transfer Case C350. Then turn the ignition on and measure voltage at Electronic Locking Differential Field Coil C4359 Pin 1, Transfer Case Assembly C350 Pin 2, Transfer Case Assembly C350 Pin 3, and Transfer Case Assembly C350 Pin 4. If any voltage is present, repair the circuit. If no voltage is present, continue to the short-to-ground check.
