S_5V shorted to ground should read more than 1 MΩ. HUM_DATA shorted to ground should read more than 1 MΩ. HUM_CLK shorted to ground should read more than 1 MΩ. If any of these circuit checks are abnormal, treat it as a circuit problem and stay on the wiring and connector side of the diagnosis.
Use a known-good sensor when the wiring checks normal
